Safely in Poland
Arrived safely in Poland; a bit jet-lagged (6 hours of night disappeared), but I’m sure I’ll be OK in a day or two. The weather here is absolutely amazing, 75 F, no humidity and clear sunshine dotted with some puffy white clouds.
Visited family today. I’ll try to upload photos to Google’s new Picasa Web Albums service once I find some usable wireless (that might be a while, and might not happen depending on the speed of the wireless).
It’s pretty cool being in Poland, even if it is a bit disorienting at first to hear everyone speaking a language that has been my ’secret tongue’ to my parents since my youth :P
